Owners Laura Martelli and Matthew Rosenzweig met while working as pastry chefs at the bakery in 2009, with a shared background in art and a passion for baking. Drawing inspiration from fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, the two fashion sweet and savory delights with a worldly flair. Crafting pastries with a sense of nostalgia, updated with a unique twist, Chefs Laura and Matthew hope to entice your palate and put a smile on your face.
